Growing up in Waco with a mother in real estate, this business has always been part of my daily life. I saw firsthand what it takes to manage properties, negotiate deals, and keep clients grounded during stressful times.
But before I became an agent, I took a different path. I moved to Chicago to earn my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Today, that background is my clients’ biggest advantage. Buying or selling a home is inherently emotional. My job is to act as your anchor—filtering out the noise, keeping emotions steady, and executing sharp, calm negotiations so you make the best financial decisions.
Following my time in Chicago, I spent two decades in the Texas Hill Country managing my family’s real estate business. We bought, renovated, and sold residential and commercial properties. Because of that hands-on experience, I don’t just look at paint colors; I look at structural integrity, layout viability, and long-term value.

Finding Fran was truly one of the best things that could have happened during my journey to buying a property.
